§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed via kittelwerk.de. Contracting party: [Ihr Firmenname], [Adresse].

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

An order request is an offer. The contract is only concluded upon written confirmation and invoicing.

§ 3 Prices and payment

Prices in euros incl. VAT. Payment by SEPA bank transfer to the German account stated on the invoice. Production begins once payment has been received.

§ 4 Minimum order quantity

Min. 10 pieces (can be combined). There is no upper limit — bulk orders are welcome too.

§ 5 Delivery

1–2 weeks after receipt of payment. Delivery by DHL/DPD within Germany.

§ 6 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with § 312g (2) no. 1 BGB (German Civil Code), there is no right of withdrawal for individually printed goods. Statutory warranty rights apply in the event of defects.
